Cayce UD Does not sound like an honest, high integrity site with concern and respect for its members... why would you want to be part of a site like that when you have this wonderful community here at DPF? I am a DB's "refugee" (!!), and it was not run properly either. I have washed my hands of the whole experience (though I've held on to the true friends I made there!) and severed all ties to the sitie. I have no desire or intention of returning there ever again. I've found my new home right here at DPF. There is no other site that compares... not even close!!! Kudos to Paul for creating this most excellent and well-run place, and kudos to all the active members for making it the friendly, love-filled and supportive community it is!!!! ♥♥♥

MalaWoof Never mind owners of UDC destroying great site like it used to be,but what still bond us there is friendship with lots of users we made in years spent at UDC,lots of them are from all over the world and with no knowledge in English so they cant join DPF anyway....but the bitter truth is that UDC has no proper Wall now with news feed,so we just cant communicate each other in proper way.....I love DPF and my new friends here but cant easily left over lots of people and their dogs/cats we were friends in years:(((((

Cayce Sounds a lot like what happened at DB, Mala :(( So sad when sites are run improperly and irresponsibly and allowed to fall apart at the seams :( BUT, you CAN keep the friendships you forged there, even with dogs who can't or don't wish to join DPF! You can keep in touch by email, as I have done with DB alumni, and if they were true friends, they still are :)
It does drive the point home though how fortunate we are to have Uncle Paul in charge and the great mods who help him complete the team. This is a well-run, optimally functioning, safe and fun site and it is because we have administrators who are courageous, responsible, and ready and willing to make the hard decisions/choices. As we are seeing more and more, that is are rare for these kinds of sites, and we are very blessed to have this warm and friendly, loving community ♥♥♥
